In Freddie Mac’s results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey® (PMMS®), average mortgage rates continuing to move lower. 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 3.82 percent with an average 0.5 point for the week ending August 31, 2017, down from last week when it averaged 3.86 percent.
